Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and NutraFlow ("NutraFlow", "we", "us") governing your use of the NutraFlow mobile app, NutraFlow Pro, and this website (together, the "Service"). By downloading, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Using the app

NutraFlow lets you log meals by photo or description, receive AI-assisted nutrition estimates, set personalized calorie and macro targets, log workouts, and track your progress, habits, and streaks. You may use the Service only for your own personal, non-commercial use and in compliance with these Terms and applicable law. We may add, change, or remove features at any time.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of someone else, you confirm you are authorized to accept these Terms for them.

3. User accounts

• You must provide accurate account information (name and email) and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account.
• Notify us promptly (see the Contact section) if you believe your account has been compromised.
• You may delete your account at any time in Profile → Delete Account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. NutraFlow Pro subscriptions

NutraFlow is free to use with a limited number of meal logs. NutraFlow Pro is a paid subscription that unlocks unlimited meal tracking, AI nutrition insights, progress and streak tracking, the training log, and full meal history. Pro is offered on a monthly or yearly plan.

Auto-renewable subscriptions

• NutraFlow Pro is an auto-renewable subscription. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly) at the then-current price for that plan, unless you cancel before the renewal date.
• Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends.
• The exact price, billing period, and currency are shown on the subscription screen in the app before you purchase, based on your store and region.

Free trial or introductory offer

• Where offered and where you are eligible, a plan may include a free trial or an introductory price. Eligibility is determined by the App Store or Google Play.
• If a free trial is offered, payment is charged when the trial ends unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial period ends.
• Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

Billing, cancellation, and refunds

• Subscriptions are sold and billed through your Apple App Store or Google Play account, depending on the platform you use.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep Pro access until then.
• Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies. We generally cannot issue refunds directly for store purchases.
• Use Restore Purchases on the subscription screen to restore an active subscription on a new or reinstalled device using the same store account.

Subscription purchases are also subject to the terms of the store you buy through (Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions or the Google Play Terms of Service).

6. Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for how you use the estimates and suggestions the app provides.
• You are responsible for maintaining your own backups where important; while we sync your data, we do not guarantee it will never be lost.
• You are responsible for any devices, accounts, and network charges needed to use the Service.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose.
• Upload content that infringes others' rights, or images of people without their permission.
• Attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours, or probe, scan, or breach security or authentication measures.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code, except to the extent that restriction is prohibited by law.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service, or use it to build a competing product, or resell or redistribute it.
• Use automated systems to access the Service in a way that sends more requests than a human could reasonably produce.
• Misuse the AI features, including by submitting content designed to abuse, overload, or circumvent the underlying AI provider.

8. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, text, graphics, and logos, is owned by NutraFlow or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app on devices you own or control.

You keep ownership of the content you create in the app (such as your meal entries, notes, and photos). You grant us a limited license to host, store, process, and transmit that content solely to operate and provide the Service to you, including sending photos and descriptions you submit to our AI processor for analysis as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Third-party services

The Service relies on third-party providers, including Google Firebase, Anthropic, RevenueCat, the Apple App Store, and Google Play. Your use of the Service may also be subject to their terms. We are not responsible for third-party services we do not control.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that estimates and analysis will be accurate. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so some of the above may not apply to you.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NutraFlow and its developer will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Service, or reliance on any nutrition or fitness information it provides.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for all claims relating to the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim, or USD 50. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NutraFlow and its developer from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Service or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

13. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification) will survive.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Your continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at our principal place of residence, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence apply.
